Ticket Information

Netural Communication GmbH, Europaplatz 4, 4020 Linz, is the host of the event.

The fee for the one-day conference and following get-together is EUR 350,- (excl. VAT) per participant. Up to May, 17th we offer you an early bird fee of EUR 275,- (excl. VAT) per ticket, for students (identification with actual student ID) there is an extra contingent of 50 tickets for the special fee of EUR 125,- (excl. VAT).

The ticket fee includes non alcoholic drinks (water, lemonade, juice, coffe etc.) and a lunch as well as small snacks. Hotel stays and travel costs aren't included. Parking areas are available for free next to the conference venue.

The ticket order is carried out with Amiando (www.amiando.de) and goes under their business conditions. After the order you'll receive a confirmation via e-mail with an e-ticket attached. Of course, if you'd wish so, you can order a printed ticket to be sent to your post address for the mailing expenses (EUR 3,90). Please bring your ticket with you to the accreditation on the welcome desk, where you'll get your event papers and badges. It's not possible to cancel your ticket but of course you are free to assign your ticket to another person. In this case, please inform us via e-mail (info@meshed-conference.com), so we are able to provide a smooth handling.

The conference's main language is German, some of the lectures are held in English. The program will be published on meshed-conference.com in the middle of May. The event comittee  reserves the right to change speakers or topics as well as the timetable.
